Working on the principle that not all calories are equal since some food types require so much energy to digest them that they counter balance their calorie content.
Means that you can eat MORE and lose weight.
The meal above is a Thermic maximiser. Smoked chicken on a bed of cabbage and salad with a side of lentils, peas and sunflower seeds.
